At All Valley Home Health Care & Nursing we empower our employees to have the best client schedules. We are able to offer this type of flexibility to our employees because of our four convenient locations valley wide and with over 900 clients they are a variety of shifts available. Our goal is to place caregivers within a close proximity to the clients.

We truly care about our employees and our clients because if our employees are happy then they provide better care to our clients. With that being said, we offer our employees supplemental insurance through Aflac, workman's comp, bonuses, bi-weekly pay, and competitive salaries. We also provide training on home health equipment for every caregiver, ensuring confidence. Lastly, we promote open communication between all of our employees and leadership.

To ensure our clients and employees are both happy with their current arrangement, we encourage our employees communicate any issues or concerns they may have because they are our eyes and ears within the field. To go along with that open communication, we promise that any issues they bring forth will be heard and acted on appropriately.
